The booking process was really difficult with payments not being directly through booking.com. Had to follow up the payment link, and also follow up the return of the deposit. The staff however were responsive and everything worked out in the end. Would recommend this place just make sure you’re on top of the payment process :)

Do not have any business with BCN Apartments. Their payment system is awful. To get the key we had to go by taxi to the headquartes and pay €250 deposit. They were not able to return it on my credit card, so they used wire transfer. How much did I receive? - $230 out of €250... We also paid $40 for taxi.

1st... they told us that they send us a link to pay which as you see at previous reviews of people it didn't work... after they sent us private a link to pay which didn't work either... We called and they were rude as they say this is normal process and they tried after 5 call full of strees and we pay. 2nd when we paid they ask us for deposit 250 euros and we said its nowhere clear that deposit need it. Then they text us that they will cancel the booking. We were panic and we pay the quarantee deposit which we told will return max 7 days. 3rd when we arrived on the booking site has the directions for check in which was 1 km away and I left my wife and son and 5 luggages in the rain tried to find the other building . After I could see anyone there I try to contact for over 30 minutes and they told me that when we made the payment it has a file to download with other instructions,. 4th ... room was located on 3rd floor the stairs so narrow we couldn't take up easy the luggages and the pram . 5th when we left we contact for the deposit which finally came in to our bank in the 10th day which again we were so stressed. The all experience is a nightmare. Stay away

It was cramped and the threat of having your deposit not completely refunded put a bit of a dampener on the stay
