The room was comfortable and it was right in the middle of downtown

To be improved

Besides that the staff was helpful to a certain extent, we had a runny toilet for the majority of time we were there. Also Netflix wasn't functional. Juan who tried to fix it by moving us into a new room at the last minute. In the process of resolving the toilet issue, Juan started to question us as children asking whether or not we broke the toilet by trying to fix the leek. He came across quite rude but then fixed his tone after I expressed the inappropriate tone he had on us.

The Best location to go around. Hot water and coffee available all the time , very clean and all the staffs are so kind .i highly recommend all the travelers to stay here.

This property exceeded all expectations, immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and staffed by genuinely warm and welcoming people. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly; it was truly a fantastic stay.

Extra charge of 55 euros, even though Booking.com stated that all the fees and taxes were included in the price and said that we do not have to pay more, but upon arrival this hotel charged us extra
