“The hotel is good, and we had everything we needed in the room. · Cons: However, we had some unpleasant experiences with the hotel staff. On the first day at check-in, the man at the reception informed us that we needed to leave a €100 deposit or provide a credit card number in case of any damage to the room. Since we weren’t aware of this beforehand, we wanted to check our reservation details in the confirmation email. Instead of calmly explaining the policy again, the receptionist responded emotionally and said, “I don’t like you because you don’t trust me.” We were shocked by this reaction, as it’s quite normal — especially when traveling — to verify such conditions before providing personal or financial information. His behavior felt arrogant and unprofessional, and he didn’t offer any proper explanation or solution, only emotional remarks. A similar experience happened the evening before our check-out. We had an early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM, but breakfast was included in the price for all three nights. We politely asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee and a croissant before leaving. The man at reception reacted very negatively, telling us we had no right to ask such things and that we don’t consider the staff, who would have to start earlier. We believe that offering a simple croissant from the previous day’s breakfast would have been a much easier solution than speaking rudely to guests.”

Really good for the price, the area is fantastic and really clean. The staff were also really lovely and friendly and answered all questions we had. Only downside is that there is no long mirror but of course wasn’t a necessity, other than that I was happy :)
