“If you have better budget, choose another place.”

It's super close to the Diagonal Ave where you can find the Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, Sagrada Familia. Lots of restaurants and fancy shops.

To be improved

The room 202 is too small. We got a private room and it is too small to move around. Drawers under beds are completely useless because there is no space to pull them out to put your luggage in. The hanger in the bathroom was broken or missing. It was like a nail, enough to keep your small towel.

Staff were nice from our small interactions, location was good.

To be improved

Damp smell in the room, weird smell in kitchen and hallways, charged €5 for bag storage, bad phone service, bad wifi, had people check into the shared hostel room at 7am which was very disturbing, food went missing from kitchen.

“Ok hostel”

I do recommend this hostile. However, I want to give a large shout out to Marta and Alex. Marta was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely personable. Alex was also awesome. There were a few issues. However, first issue is that there was no Internet, no matter what I did I could not get the Internet. One of the other staffers kept blaming it on the iPhone, which was nonsense. Another issue I had asked twice to have the bathroom lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. Third issue I heard everything from my neighbor. The walls are so thin. I heard them laughing, crying, speaking, snoring, and bathroom that was disgusting.

“Just okay if you need a bed to crash on”

The night staff was so rude, he didn't even tell his name when I asked him and just said I should tell him "Sir". Moreover, he tried to scare me as I was asking him about a place I can get change of 500€, he kept telling me I'll get in trouble as the 500€ note is illegal. On the contrary the day staff is nice as well as the other lad with the night staff
