We enjoyed our stay here. We could walk everywhere. There is yummy cafe around the corner, with plenty of pastries and gelato later on in the afternoon. I loved the view off the balcony of the apartment to Zurriola Beach. The apartment has everything you need. San Sebastián is wonderful and we cannot wait to go back. The climate is nice and not too hot, and La Concha is a close walk from the apartment. So fun to swim there!

The location has to be the best selling point of this apt! The location cannot be beat - a stone’s throw away from the top pintxo spots in Old Town (can easily step out to try outside of peak times) and a very short walk to more relaxed, chill dining vibes in Gros. You’ve got two very close beaches to choose from on either side (great morning view of surfers!) Great morning runs just out the door. We pre-reserved Telpark parking at Park Blvd on our own - though pricey it was very close and convenient to the apt. The apt was cozy but well-suited.

Very clean, well situated and very comfortable

The property is cozy, clean and designed really well with a good size spacious lounge area which has an adjacent balcony to sit, have a coffee and take in the view of the surfing beach plus the canal. If you love to be near water this is the place to stay. The kitchen although narrow, is modern with all the facilities needed, even a washing machine. The main bedroom is compact with limited storage space, but it also boasts a lovely view of the beach and very comfortable bed. There is a second bedroom with a single bed, furnished well. Bathroom is clean with a strong shower. The property is on the fourth floor, there are stairs and a lift. It's a residential apartment building so you will see locals from time to time and they're lovely and friendly. The location is excellent right in the heart of the old town with pintxo restaurants galore and walking distance to everything.

Great location with a view of the bay! Close to everything. We walked the sea wall every day. The staff was so responsive to every question and request!
