Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. Staff are helpful. Very close to the H2O Ocio shopping centre and Rivas Futura metro.

The best

Rooms are nice, with everything you need. The entire complex is huge and the pool is good. Location is good, quiet with a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Also, very easy to park.

To be improved

The room didn’t have shampoo or gel shower, it’s a detail but it would be appreciated.

Is more accommodation for residents than guests Kitchen facilities very poor Kitchen and floors dirty No housekeeping despite putting sign on door every day Staff speak poor English and not helpful VERY noisy at night - parties outside our apartment
