Be Casa - San Sebastian de los Reyes

Someone was making lots of noise (drumming very loud) during the night. I wake up at 12, at 2, at 4 and at six I had to get up for the business meeting. Even though I requested quiete room, it was not fullfilled.

The staff at the long-term rental department are extremely rude and unprofessional—especially the gentleman who works there, who is not even Spanish. However, the hotel and reception staff are polite and well-mannered. It is very disappointing and unexpected that essential items for staying in a furnished apartment rented for several months are missing. The furnished apartment has no glasses, no plates, no forks or spoons, and no basic cooking equipment. This is very frustrating, especially since these items were available during our previous stay, and we chose this place again based on that positive experience. Unfortunately, we were forced to buy all the necessary kitchen items ourselves, and in the end, we couldn’t take them with us due to their weight. We were not satisfied with our stay at Be Casa San Sebastián de los Reyes. Although the property looks nice at first, the service was lacking in several important areas. The room was supposed to be cleaned every three days, but this did not happen. When it was finally cleaned once, the cleaning staff left the door open, which was unacceptable and concerning for our security. Staff was supposed to contact us but never did. Additionally, basic amenities like toilet paper and clean towels were not replenished unless we specifically requested them — something that should be automatic in any accommodation. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. The hallways were often filthy, likely due to the number of people and pets passing through, and they did not appear to be cleaned regularly. This created a generally unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere throughout the building. I do not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.

Well the area is a bit apart and need to walk to access some services. Staff at Honest agreed not enough at peak hours. Depending on the room you get you may have to walk a lot to main facilities.
