Definately avoid. All inc/half board is def not as everything is limited and popular things on the menu run out quickly. Drinks are restricted even soft drinks on AI. The only lunch time 'snack' for the non meat eater is plain salad or salad sandwich ! Staff are bullied & over worked by management & customers are not made to feel welcome. Had to change rooms after one night as lots of 'noisy comings and goings' from non customers to a couple of rooms in the night !!! The only recommendation is that the rooms are a nice size although not regularly cleaned. We left early to go down south at our own expense.

Well I didn't read any of the reviews on Trustpilot or Trip Advisor before booking, and I'm glad I didn't as it would of probably changed my choice. I originally booked a standard single room which was far too small and it was right behind the elevators with only a small window, so it was a bit noisy. However it was my plan to upgrade to a room with a sea view and balcony. I did this for only £50 for a week and got in my opinion the best room in the hotel. It was on the 12th floor (Top) and had the best view of everything, town and sea. (Room 1208). Staff Extremely nice and polite staff, Very helpful Food I was only half board which gives you a breakfast and a buffet dinner. I can't comment on lunch because it wasn't an option for me. You can change your daily entitlement for dinner to lunch for you stay if you talk to reception. There may be an additional cost. Meal times are 3 hours and breakfast ends at 10am if you have a lie in. I will say if you want hot food then turn up early as stuff gets cold. Food was good enough and plenty of choices. Entertainment I didn't go to many of them and attendance was sparse. The Karaoke was not a karaoke at all which was a shame, but most people are out in town anyway so it's not a deal breaker. Locality 15mins walk from the town centre 10mins walk from Lora Parque Zoo (The zoo is expensive to get in 45 euro, but worth a look if only for the Orcas and dolphins) 5min downhill stroll to a black lava beach Quiet and great area Directly over the small bridge outside the hotel is a good motorcycle hire place Cleanliness Spotless, No complaints at all Amenities 2 vending machines for emergency snacks Bar outside by the pool, loads of sun loungers and pool is clean Bar inside Pool table room Gym Massage (by appointment) LIfts In several reviews people are complaining about the lifts. In the week I was there two of the three main lifts were out of order for days, however there are three other service elevators too, so there is never any shortage. Overall. I don't understand the people who leave these bad reviews saying that it doesn't deserve its 4 stars. It is unbeatable for the price and if your are expecting to be waited on hand and foot with breakfast trays and gold bath fittings, then you should be paying 4 times more. I rarely holiday in the same place twice, but if I return to Tenerife, I will stay here again, no problem.

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience before arriving here as we paid a budget price. But I wasn’t expecting a 4 star hotel to be this bad. Food was all just reheated from previous day, the room needed serious renovations and it was skeleton staff with only one bar open at any time. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival but ended up just eating out every night as the food was always cold and at breakfast most of the sausages were either just cold or still red in the middle which made us both unwell. I don’t reccomend staying here unless you just want to do self catering and travel the area.

This hotel has a lot going for it, the staff are lovely and the food is varied and plentiful. I would have given a higher mark if there wasn’t such emphasis on Entertainment which doesn’t do what they say they’ll do. For example, Motown duo did 25 minutes of Motown then lots of Spanish music, Jerusalema, Hopelessly devoted to you, etc etc. When I think of all the hits produced by Motown being missed - I would have gone out to the pub down the road instead if I’d known.

Having stayed in Be Live in the south of the island we were hoping for the same but instead we got a very very poorly maintained and outdated hotel. The room can only be described as 2 star and the communal area possibly a 3 star at a push with chipped floor tiles, lift that breaks down and “works” ongoing in reception area, although we saw nothing being done all week! The reception staff seemed nice but mostly all other staff ignored us. We will never stay again and certainly not recommend to anyone The room was terrible with the floor worn and damaged, tiles and glass shelf chipped in bathroom and the bath was full of rust and poor repair attempts, the decor was stained and peeling, the added photos only show some of the problems

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel.Room was clean, very quiet towel's changed daily service for all the staff was excellent.Had a problem with TUI app and the receptionist was very helpful so was the 2 TUI rep's saved the day 👍 Food was varied and plenty of choice service was excellent in the dining room also at night the bar service was very good.Relaxing time was had, really all the staff were friendly and polite Thanks Again William . Excellent value
