It is always great to go back to hotel for a holiday as the staff are so friendly and always have a good chat with everyone the bar staff a brilliant at there job and always go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, i do like the fact that you have now 3 pool tables in place and think it works really well. i would think that the all inclusive should be carried on even when you have checked out of your hotel for example if you are checking out at 12 o'clock and your flight is not until late at night i think it would be good if the reception staff said you can get food and drinks during the day my flight was at 19:20pm and it was not mentioned that i was able to go down for some food in the restaurant, Also i was a late arrival and missed the dinner service on my first night as i arrived after 10pm and didn't have anything offered to me with regards to food this is one area i think could be improved

Great hotel friendly and welcoming staff attentive and good night time entertainment. And great cocktails from Christian made our weekend. Would recommend to anyone visiting Puerto dela cruz.

This hotel is mainly german holidaymakers very little british the pool is more or less in the shade all the time the wifi in my room was non existent i could not even use facebook or send a message floor 10 ..reported to reception many times nothing was done so asked to change room again nothing done … The food is cold just about edible and seriouly not much choice of main meal unless your a rabbit … i certainly would not use this hotel again …

There were no negatives for our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful in all areas, we had a problem with our safe which was sorted instantly .We went all inclusive and the food and drinks at every meal were the best we've had so much variety nobody could say there wasn't anything to suit them at every meal . The hotel was clean and very central with a small walk to the sea front I would definitely recommend and would return.

Really good experience! Great location in the city center, everything is clean and tidy. Charming view from the balcony to the ocean and the Teide volcano. Very good and tasty food, wide choice of dishes

Fantastic location the staff at reception and restaurant are very pleasant rooms are clean and comfy beds a large selection of food to choose from cant wait to return
