“Super comfortable stay in an excellent location.”
The best

Perfect location handy to metro, restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was great and the apartment was very quiet.

To be improved

It would have been handy to have a tea towel and / or a second dishwasher tablet, but not a big deal.

“The staff that worked at the front desk were the highlight. They were truly wonderful and had lots of good information. They helped us to know best ways to get to popular Barcelona attractions and gave us a map. They helped arrange taxis, including a very nice ride to the airport. Such a great stay and would love to come back.”

The veranda was nice and the bed slept well.

To be improved

Construction going on at the front. Walls were very thin. You could hear everything your neighbors were doing.

Great location. Not directly in the very busy centre but just on the periphery. Close to City Bus routes and just up the road from Casas Mia and Batllo.

To be improved

If I had to knitpick the aircon seemed a little ineffective but it was also quite hot.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.

To be improved

The washing machine did not work properly. After starting a load of laundry the machine started leaking water and flooded the apartment. We discovered this in the middle of the night and spent valuable time cleaning the mess. The clothes needed to be rewashed and no one could fix the machine. No discount or apology was offered.
