Hand rails in showers for us oldies and hand rail on steps down to the apartment

Only 1 shared toilet, with no window or extractor fan. My expectation of ‘en-suite’ includes a toilet ( not just a shower & sink )

This place is very smelly. They do not clean properly and probably don't change the bedsheets so it had humid bad smell. Worst of all, the aircondition was full of mould and full of living bugs, probably cockroaches. When we turned the airconditioning on, the living bugs started falling on our heads and running all over the place. Our kids were terrified, we had to leave the place immediately. Still, the owner and property manager didn't want to give us our money back. We've lost the whole day searching for and moving to a new place, and calling for support to a local property manager - Incasa and Bookiply - the company which acts in the name of the owner. They confirmed the appartament was not cleaned, STILL THEY CLAIMED 250 EURO FOR THE ONE NIGHT!!! we've spent there. Everyone was telling us it was not their fault and we couldn't get the refund. Last but not least, when we arrived at night, there was no water in the property, so we couldn't get a shower after the trip. Probably they also forgot to switch it on. Dirty, smelly, mouldy place where they want to rip you off. Avoid at all cost, unless you want to ruin your holidays.
