Stayed for a week during the Grand Prix weekend. The location was ideal for us—quick access to local motorways, and the metro into central Barcelona was just a short 5-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Although the deposit system was a little unfamiliar to us, we paid it in advance and received it back promptly after our stay. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to messages.

To be improved

One thing to note is that the boiler only holds a limited amount of hot water, so showers had to be fairly quick to ensure there was enough for all four of us. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of when planning. Also, not the fault of the owners or the apartment, but we did have a couple of instances where using the paid garage was tricky—local residents blocked the entrance, which left our car either stuck inside or unable to get in (especially stressful with an early morning flight). There was also no alternative parking nearby. That’s just something to keep in mind for anyone travelling with a car. That said, the owners were very responsive and helped resolve the issue both times.

The apartment was very clean and the right size for a family of 4. We received a very nice welcome and were shown around. The neighborhood is urban and there are many stores for daily needs nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet side street.
