Beach Apartment

So much deferred maintenance. The second bathroom door didn’t close. One bedroom has no window but has the bathroom and you have to go through it to get to the other bedroom. It would be ok for children but not for adults. They expect a 6-person stay for two weeks to only need two rolls of toilet paper? I expect to provide my own shampoo, but TP? I paid $1000 a week for two weeks. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy TP

WARNING: Stay away from this property!!! Our experience at Beach Apartment was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The apartment was completely misrepresented in the advertisement. Here are the major issues we encountered: Mould Growth: There was mould growing on the ceiling and walls, creating an unhealthy living environment. Peeling Paint: Paint was flaking from the ceilings in the bathrooms and kitchen, indicating poor maintenance. Inconvenient Layout: The third bedroom could only be accessed by walking through the second bedroom, which was not mentioned in the listing. Faulty Lock: The key to the apartment door got stuck in the lock, preventing us from securing the apartment. Unresponsive Management: Messages sent to the property manager were ignored until we escalated our concerns to Booking.com. Due to these health and safety concerns, we had to leave the apartment and find another place to stay nearby. We felt taken advantage of and lost our money. DO NOT BE US—learn from our experience and stay away from Beach Apartment.

The WiFi wasn't working, I've contact the property manager but nothing was sorted out. We were there for 7 nights without internet which costs us money. There's a bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Two of the rooms are actually connected, so not much privacy. Couldn't figure out how to switch on the fan, We've got no instructions on what to do with the rubish. Only one bin bag left and 2 toilet rools (one week stay).

Nothing we did not like.
