“I was nervous when booking this because so many reviews said about the awful noise of the generator from below. Honestly, it's not something that even registered - especially with the air conditioning white noise drowning it out! I think I heard it once, but it was so insignificant, it didn't even bother. In fact, the place was miraculously quiet for being right on the beach front! The location of this apartment was absolutely incredible. Right on the beach front, in a perfect area for kids to play and swim. The main square just a 5 minute walk away with some incredible restaurants in the little back streets. The place itself was clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed for a family of 4. · Cons: A couple of things could do with a small refresh, but nothing major - it was exactly what we expected.”

Amazing location, with an exceptional balcony overlooking the beach. Everything you need is within a few hundred metres.

To be improved

Quite dated. No air-con in the main living room. Quite difficult to get the hot water consistent - which is a challenge with a family of 5.

Its a litle bit chabby. The dusj was terrible with either kold or to hot water. Mostly cold and poor showet jet. The toilet had bad flush. One sunbed on terrass was broken

“Well located front line apartment”

Location excellent. Good size apartment. Great balcony. Kitchen facilities good.

To be improved

Couldn't check in before 5pm although check out time is 10 which should allow an earlier check in. Noise of what sounds like a lift every few minutes. This was in the morning before 8 and also in the evening after 10 which affected sleep quality. Bed squeaked with every movement (back bedroom). En suite shower inconsistent - right temperature then either becoming cold or too hot. Other shower also difficult to maintain correct temperature and shower head moves around causing wet floor. No UK tv channels available.

“Wonderful location, great apartment, just be aware of the noise from the restaurant underneath...”

The best

Location was perfect, as we had a family member with mobility challenges. The apartment is a short walk from all the amenities of Port De Pollenca. The apartment was very spacious, 2 large double/twin rooms and a decent sized single room. The kitchen was full size with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery, with a full size fridge and dishwasher. The veranda was very large, with room for a full size table, plus 3 sunloungers. It was directly across from the beach, with wonderful views out across the Med.

To be improved

The apartment is directly above a restaurant, also called the Brisa Marina (wonderful Paella, and very friendly staff by the way). The only issue was that there was little soundproofing, particularly in the rear bedroom, which means you could hear the staff speaking to each other, up to 11.30am at night, and from around 8am the following morning. There was also a machine they used which sounded like an intermittent generator, and that came on without fail at 8am each morning. Luckily the family are early risers, as it was difficult to sleep past 8am.
