We were also denied a financial document for this money. Also, we were cheated on the taxi from the airport - I had included a free taxi from the airport with the booking on Booking.com. The hostess sent her taxi man, who scandalously we were forced to pay him 45 Euro...also in cash. And the biggest impudence was that they didn't have change to give back, and we were forced to withdraw money from an ATM and then "spoil" in the open restaurants on the street. It was a nightmare welcome. After he got his money in cash, no one called for a whole week, only we were warned by phone to check out at 10am. Although no one bothered, we were charged a 110 euro cleaning fee. Our flight was at 8 pm in the evening... We wandered around with our luggage all day, in which there was nothing human about it. There were unpleasant smells of cooked food throughout the stay. Never there again!
