“Location is super - close to the beach and train station (to Barcelona). The appartment corresponded to the description and photos - good for a few days close to Barcelona. We also liked availability of Prime (son got acquainted with the series Good Omens :-)) · Cons: It might be difficult to find a costless parking (and difficult to stop just at the papratment) but it was clear form teh description / maps. Couch as a 4th bed was a bit uncomfortable, the rest of beds was ok.”

Very nice apartment! It’s private, close to the train station (to Barcelona or Figueres), clean and spacious. Premiá de Mar is a great town, too: nice beach, restaurants, supermarkets, parks and just a nice vibe :)

“Fullfilled our need for walking distance to Maresme Padel Club and easy to get to Barcelona”
The best

Only 200 meters to the trainstation with trains running often to Barcelona. Premia de mar is not that touristic. More genuine spanish compared to many other small cities along the coast near Barcelona. 5-10 minutes walk to Maresme Padel Club with 13 courts and a nice bar/restaurant was important for us. Convenient stores, local bars and cheaper restaurants close by.

To be improved

If a perfect sandy beach close by is what you want this is not the place. Noise after 22.00 and the neighbours will call the police due to the landlord, and the appartment is very far from soundproof. From the bathroom you can hear every word spoken in the neighbouring appartment.
