Cleaning ladies can do a better job… bathroom floor was not clean

I was waiting for over two hours to get the information on how to get access to the property and the host never called me back

Staff made checkin quite complex via WhatsApp & asked for an extra €150 security deposit after booking was made. Security deposit wasn’t returned until staff were reminded over a week after checkout even though WhatsApp said the deposit would be returned without delay.

• Bedbugs in one of the bedrooms!!!! This is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to us. We just packed our things in the middle of the night and left from there. • The apartment is worn out and in poor condition. • Unpleasant odors on the second floor. • A €150 deposit that I didn’t see during booking, which is completely unjustified for this apartment. • Rude and unprofessional behavior from the host. • The photos are from different apartments — we had neither a terrace nor a spacious living room. We had a small kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms with a small balcony on the second. We will never come back here. I should have read the comments more carefully before renting this place. Our vacation was seriously ruined by this. I also received inappropriate insults from the owner after writing a review with following text: "Hi Rat , Becouse only I can call you this name , Why you here in my country , back to your fucking country coward , we from our pockets support the food , the weapons ,the war for your country and people be alive , and you come here with your shit education , fuck you desgrace rat" I had to go to the police :(((

The hand shower did not had pressure. The pillows could be firmer and some extra cushions could have been added.
