Nothing to do with apartment, but there have been some loud neighbors for part of the stay which made sleeping challenging.

“Perfect balance of city and beach”
The best

Stayed here 5 years ago, came back. Everything is great. Take the bus/train into Barcelona, then get out of downtown and stay at the beach. Owner even let us check out late to match evening flight.
