Great size apartment everything you need.

It was in a great location to shops & beach. I like that the balcony looked over the swimming pool and to the ocean . I like how well equipped the kitchen was .

Our stay for 9 days at the apartment was excellent,clean,comfy,quiet,everything you need in the kitchen, fridge,washing machine,the pool outside very clean and quiet.... It is very easy to access the lovely long clean beach,restaurants, and shops. I would return again.Not far from the airport either(to plaza Maspalomas shopping centre )Thank you for everything 🥰🥰 I recommend the place if you are looking for a nice quiet holiday 😊

A clean, tidy and comfortable apartment with good cleaning and cooking facilities. Very easy to get to by cheap public transport from airport and in a great location for beach and restaurants.

the property was well maintained and had everything you could need for a trip away. it literally felt like a home from home. with just a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Yumbo shopping centre which is homed to every shop possible and numerous bars & clubs to cater for all tastes . located within a quiet residential area with its own swimming pool and beautiful views of the maspalomas dunes from the balcony, this property has everything you could need. Cristina and her team were very helpful along the whole process from booking to checking out and I highly recommend this apartment to any solo travellers or couples(or friends) hoping to enjoy a peaceful sleep away from the busy nightlife areas. I cannot fault any issues with the property and having travelled most of the morning it was a welcomed surprise for a chilled bottled water and complimentary bottle of wine left within the apartment to enjoy as a welcome gift! I will definitely be looking to stay here again in my next visit pending availability. you will not be disappointed with the comfort and cleanliness of this apartment.
