The location was good but vast improvements need to be made and problems that can be a health hazard fixed. When the boiler broke and there was no hot water someone did come out and fix it that day.
There was still rubbish laying around on our arrival, cigarette butt's, broken egg cups used as ash trays and mess left on balcony. A constant leak from the bathroom ceiling dripping every few seconds, with black mould showing how long the leak has been there. Infact there was black mould in several rooms. Bathroom sink blocked and unusable, left over used food causing an ant infestation that my son had to deal with. Stained and ripped bedding, damaged fixtures and fittings. Needed a good clean. Had to buy our own cleaning cloths, wipes and toilet roll (although there was part of 1 toilet roll left for us). Do make sure you take your own hand towels if you book as the few towels left were brown and marked. It is absolutely nothing like the photos. The boiler went out one day so I had to have a freezing cold shower but in fairness, someone did come out and rectify this the same day. I informed the owner of the issues whilst at the property via what's app. He promised to at least refund us our late arrival fee that we had to pay due to our flight being delayed by half an hour, for all the inconvenience we had put up with. He did not refund us and still hasn't. He has also told booking.com there were no issues despite me having photo and video evidence and text message acknowledgment from him. Seems very underhand. I'm not into making life difficult for businesses and have never left a bad review of a property.. Had the owner been fair and refunded us the fee he promised, maybe a gesture of goodwill back from the extortionate amount we paid for 3 days to make up for what we put up with, it would have shown they cared about their customers experience. As it stands they have lied to booking.com and I doubt from their behaviour they will have even addressed any of the problems we experienced. They certainly don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, so it's only right others know what they are actually booking with this property.

Do not book this place. Less than 48hours before our trip they cancelled on us. We had 3 apartments booked for over 10 months.
