The apartment was well equipped and furnished. We had a problem with the bedroom door lock which broke, late at night but it was quickly sorted out with a locksmith being on site within 30 minutes. Location for the beach was awesome. Good supermarkets and shops within 10 minutes walking distance. VillaJoyosa beach and the town are well kept with low levels of rubbish etc. The area was also quiet, so nice and peaceful, we will be back!

To be improved

The parking in the area was a hassle with only 118 minutes allowed in blue zone parking. Maybe a couple of extra oven pans for cooking would be useful.

The property is in a fabulous location. It is clean and modern and the owner was very helpful, giving us lots of information about the area.

To be improved

My one suggestion is that perhaps a couple of chairs or an umbrella could be provided for the beautiful beach. We were only staying for 5 nights so we didn’t want to purchase one. Sunbeds are available but they fill up very quickly and are expensive.

The best location, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, it feel that you can touch the water from the balcony, the unit has been renovated and it is all new , the bathroom and the shower are amazing , Isidro was excellent on showing us how everything works .
