Lovely apartment great location close in proximity to the tram (straight across the road ) and walk to the beach.lovely and comfortable beds and great facilities. Spotless clean. We enjoyed it as a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Big plus for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Nothing. It was a great apartment in a lovely area. Supermarket in walking distance.

Brilliant location if you're looking for a beach holiday. Beautiful clean and long beach is just right at your doorstep. You can just chill (eat your meal or have a drink on the beautiful veranda and keep looking at the beach. The beach here is not as crowded as in the city and is much more relaxed compared to the beach in the city center. Tram stops just right in front of this apartment. So, you can hop on and be in the city in 15-20 min, and very cheap. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. It's a beautiful well-kept ground-floor apartment with a beautiful veranda. The owner is very thoughtful and arranged almost everything that someone may need to have a comfortable stay there. I can't fault anything. He is an absolute gent and has very good communication, and was very accommodating to our special requests. Lastly, there is a very good-sized swimming pool both for adults and kids separately. If I would visit again Alicante, I will first look for this apartment before any further search.

To be improved

Wifi was giving us little trouble. But it was working perfectly with the TV (Netflix). So, maybe some issue with the router that needs attention. But it didn't bother us much as we were there to have a family break (not sitting on our devices).
