The location is incredible. The sitting room area is well decorated and comfortable, the dining terrace was well used.

To be improved

The quality of the kitchen is poor, although serviceable. The bathroom needs refurbishing, but once again serviceable. The whole building needs to be sound proofed as you can hear the neighbours clearly.

The best

The location is simply amazing, just 10 metres from one of the best beaches in Gran Canaria. The apartment is spotless and tastefully decorated.

To be improved

There is a hot water thermo that only allows for a 5-minute hot shower at a time. Also, my partner and I would rather sleep in a double bed.
