“Superb”

The best

Excellent location where it’s at the center of activities. Restaurants, cafes, groceries are close by. The beach is a few minutes walk. The apartment is very spacious for the 3 of us. It’s very clean and has all the essentials. Access to the unit is easy with the given instructions. You just need to have internet access on your phone to be able to open the main door. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering my queries before and during my stay.

To be improved

It was unfortunate that the water heater was not working. The host immediately arranged for the plumber to come when I reported it.

“Disappointment”

The best

Its and old apartment somewhat renovated. Location is very good. But, one of the showers is broken water leaking everywhere. The beds and pillows not so comfortable. Master bedroom window is near restaurants ventilation and always noisy…

The owner is nowhere to be found. Everything I asked I would get responded in 3hours or more. Cleaning is not done properly. Every piece pf furniture I moved, I found dust and dirt. None of my asking where completed. I asked upon reserving (knowing I am arriving un a hot afternoon) for a bottle of water in the fridge, and a baby crib. I got none! I had to put up the crib myself. And found baby sheets with ugly yellow stains :( This is a nice apartment but is not managed properly….

“Exceptional”

The best

- Great location. close to everything, truly a perfect place to the beach as well as the old town. It is very quiet overnight as well. - the owner, Tereza was very helpful in helping us out. We had to reschedule the booking due to an unexpected situation; she had done everything possible to update our booking. - a very spacious apartment, decorated to high standard. the lift also makes it easy to go to the flat. This is very important for us as we travel with a push chair. - Comfy beds. we all enjoyed the beds.
