Beach House Malaga El Palo La Tierra Sur

The location is grate. The beach very close. The access is easy. Very comfortable and elegant house. And it felt like home. Many thanks to the excellent hosts for the practical information and the way they organized our stay.

This renovated fisherman's cottage has been put together with a lot of thought, love and high quality materials. It was spotlessly clean and Fede (the manager) was great. He met us when we first arrived, allowed us to check in early AND check out late (we were lucky there were no guests following us) and arranged a taxi to the airport. The kitchen was really well equipped - not always the case with holiday lets) and we cooked there a few times over the week. The large double bed is really comfortable and both showers have good water pressure. The roof terrace is handy for drying laundry and, of course, for watching the amazing sunsets. There's a book full of information about the house and recommendations for the local area and Malaga. We really took to El Palo - cheap, good quality food everywhere, friendly people and a proper community. We definitely support the recommendations for El Chanquete and Cafe Zurich and add our own - Narval on the seafront (amazing tuna kebabs) and Viva Maria - a bar near cafe Zurich. 11/10 for this place.

We had a great time in La Tierra Sur. The area is very nice and quite and yet easy to reach from the centre of Málaga. The place is lovely, and Rosina and Steven thought of every detail. A special thank you for the gastronomical recommendations. We will definitely come back!
