“The location. · Cons: It was dirty when we came. The room was so small that we couldn’t even put the suitcase anywhere, so we put it infront of the door, which meant we couldn’t even open the door to the bathroom. Thankfully we’re both skinny so that we could slide through the 15 cm crack ( that was as much as we could open the bathroom door). The bathroom was also dirty. The first day we came there the bedding already had dirt marks on it. On the toilet we found black hair and also on the floor. Mind you, we’re both blond so that wasn’t ours, which meant they didn’t clean the place properly. Would not reccomend.”

Well, I stayed for two nights, the bathroom was always clean and the house was always organized, and a woman always came to clean it and was super friendly and provided a lot of assistance.

“Great property for a group; lacks privacy when used in a hotel-like manner”

The property -- location-wise -- is as advertised -- you are basically close to the beach and it is a convenient location overall. The owner and the cleaning staff were very kind. It is certainly convenient to have a kitchen area where you can sit and have breakfast. Some great art decoration all around the property.

To be improved

When I booked the room, I didn't check all the details and missed the fact that the bath room would be shared. (It was hidden down in the list. OK -- something booking.com or me should be blamed for.) I managed to upgrade to have a room with a private bath, but there is little privacy in the place overall, as the walls are thin and the doors are the opposite of soundproof. Overall, based on what I paid for a tiny room with a private bath room in a non-private setting, I would have added another 50 Euro per night to stay in a 4-star hotel. My advise: Very clearly describe that this is a shared bathroom-based facility more suitable for a family or a group of travelers. It does not provide privacy like in a modest hotel.
