The location is great, very private, located in the middle of Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca so you can access both easily but you do need a car, its too far to walk anywhere without one I would say and no local proper supermarket. Pool is very big, villa is clean and it is a lovely big villa for the price you pay.

To be improved

We were eaten alive by mosquito's so be warned and take protection! The mattress in the main bedroom is really hard and firm and very uncomfortable, the other beds were fine. You have to dispose of your own rubbish otherwise you will be fined and the bins are about a 15/20min walk away so you do really need a car for everything, to access a proper beach, the main supermarket (the little ones are expensive) and the centre of Alcudia or Puerto Pollenca but we didnt mind its worth it for the peace and quiet of the location and privacy and cars and really cheap to hire.

“Wonderful relaxing stay in a fantastic villa”

Lovely villa. Excellent garden and pool. Nice private location. Bedrooms lovely and cool with the aircon. Don’t need it on 24hrs a day so the time restricted arrangement is absolutely fine. Kitchen facilities are fine and the proximity to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca makes it easy to eat out at some amazing places

To be improved

Very minor thing, but would be good to have even just an electric fan in the main living area, but some way to cool it down would have made the villa perfect. There were a lot of biting insects outside in the evening.
