this does not apply to the property owner but booking.com My problem is not being able to speak /contact booking .com if I have a question. The contact point has been closed. I wrote directly to Amsterdam address but had no response. booking.com is great as long as you can follow the instructions, if you want to clarify something they cannot be contacted. Considering leaving booking.com even though we are users for years.

Great location, lovely pool and garden area. Kitchen very well supplied with everything you need.

To be improved

The extra bedroom upstairs is only accessible through the main bedroom and doesn’t have air conditioning, it’s more of a sun room with a bed in it so we didn’t use it in the end, I feel this should be made clearer or the room should be upgraded. Everything else was great.
