Some small details. There are no hooks or rails in the bathroom to hang the towels. Host asks to throw away garbage every day end provides garbage bags, but there are only 2 of them (not enough for a week long stay) :) Fresh dish washing sponge is provided, but there is no dish soap. :)

I’m afraid our holiday break started in the worst possible way.After a long day of travelling when you arrive at your holiday location close to midnight I.E very late you do not want to have any delay in getting into your holiday property. Regrettably it took over 2 hours to enter our holiday let..The instructions given to obtain the key to the holiday let failed terribly..I.E. the key was not there..As you can imagine at midnight on a Saturday night it is rather difficult to contact people in an emergency..I also had my daughter with us who is 7 months pregnant. It was very hot and uncomfortable.. I had to make numerous telephone calls in order to get any assistance from your partner company which obviously cost me money.But the problem was I was not getting anywhere. It was extremely frustrating.. Eventually after some hours someone did arrive with keys… Unbelievably this person told us that he was in bed as he thought that we were arriving the day after. How bad is that!!! Therefore as you can imagine I was extremely unhappy with the way my holiday started and not only that it had also cost me money..BEARING ALL THE ABOVE IN MIND PLEASE CONFIRM TO ME WHAT AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION YOU WILL BE PAYING ME.
