Loved everything. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms are perfect and a lovely living room - we have nothing to complain about. Short distance to the beach, stores, beach club and the shopping centre. Mark (The host) did everything he could to make us happy, was so nice and we felt taken care off. We're definetly renting from him again if we're going back!

Mark, the host, is without a doubt one of the best and friendliest hosts I've encountered in the Canary Islands. His property is simply outstanding and fully deserves every positive review. The location is unbeatable, with Puerto Rico's public beach just a stone's throw away. The private parking behind the house is a real bonus, although a slightly wider SUV might find it a bit of a squeeze, but take your time, it will work. Once you're parked, the convenience of the stairless back entrance is fantastic. The beach itself is perfect for families and older guests, with calm waters and easy access. It's less crowded than some other areas, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property is on two levels, but the stairs are easy to navigate, even for those with limited mobility. Everything is modern and well maintained, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Everything was much better than it looks in the photos, and something like the excellent quality of the towels or welcome gifts cannot be captured in pictures. Both the spacious living/dining room, including the kitchen, and the two bedrooms each have their own air conditioning system, which all function excellently. This is truly a unique and wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Gran Canaria.

We love Gran Canaria. To choose a good , trustable apartment is very hard but we had luck, we choose this apartment second time. The host is really helpful, comunications allways really fast and easy. The apartment is luxorious and fully equiped. The beach is really just a few steps away...cant wait to go back again...
