Beachfront 3 Bed Apt San Luis De Sabinillas

Was not able to work the oven or grill on the cooker, I had to mop the floor on arrival even though the cleaner let us in to the apartment. Was not shown where the underground parking was so had to park a long way from the apartment on market day the weekend.

There could have been more pillows and blankets😃

Lady with keys was very rude abrupt and opinionated. She was put out and told us we were making her babies be home alone so she could wait to hand over the apartment keys to us!..So sorry our only option was to fly from the U.K at stupid a clock in the early hours, arriving at 5:30am after a 1 hour delay on our flight and additional problem with our hire car!! The apartment upon arrival needed cleaning especially kitchen, all utensils etc. Crockery, cups and some glasses were badly chipped and stained. Bathroom floor and basin was not clean, grime mark on basin and pubic hair on floor from previous visitors!..Bedlinen badly stained but appeared to be clean! 🤮. The sun terrace had 2 sun loungers (we were a party of four adults) however both sun loungers were broken and unusable. Boiler ran hot and cold throughout first few days and eventually we realised the gas had completely ran out and therefore woke to no hot water for showering and when we messaged the lady we were again made to feel like we had inconvenienced her! She said there’s a spare gas bottle but this was also completely empty!New gas bottle was eventually replaced but not until the early evening!! Again she was rude and abrupt like it was is causing her a problem!!…Could be a really fantastic letting but unfortunately due to bad attitude and cheap and broken equipment it is a very badly organised letting!!
