Location excellent Everything we could need all within a short walking distance

The hosts VillaGranCanaria notified us on our return to the UK that we had broken a louvre in the kitchen window. This is a complete lie, it was broken on our arrival, but because we collected the keys from their representative whilst the apartment was still being cleaned, we went for a short walk and nobody was there when we returned. We therefore could not point this out. When we left, the representative failed to turn up, so again we could not discuss this. They have now taken 200euros from my bank account, to replace one small glass louvre. Absolutely shameful. We have stayed in these apartments previously, and hope to return again in the future, but will ensure that we rent an apartment that is not run by VillaGranCanaria.
