Been there with 2 Kids in February, everything like in the description. Nice terasse for sunbathing. quiet cozy place

To be improved

The heating system was off until our arrival, so we needet 3 Days until the rooms are getting cozy enough to have it at 22°C

“Easy , simple, safe , bit noisy”

The best

Excellent location, great garden and communal pool , very quiet in the compound . Own secure parking . Apartment was Nicely decorated and had security shutters on all windows . Easy to get into Marbella . Outside the complex is a restaurant and a beach , 5 min walk is a supermarket and another restaurant and beach club.

To be improved

One side of the property has the road that leads to the beach running alongside it , this was also where the daily bin lorry / beach tractors came very early , quite noisy .
