The best

The apartment is just 50 m from the beach. Rebecca met me at the property after WhatsApping me the directions. As others have said, the apartment is very well supplied with most things required - the kitchen is very well equipped - tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, as were a few store cupboard basics (salt, oil, vinegar) but possibly left by previous guests. I liked that there was an expresso coffee machine. The terrace faces SW so gets the sun for most of the day apart from early morning. Trees block the early morning sun on the roof terrace when we were there in April. The terrace looks over the garden of the apartment below, and scrubland with the constant sound and sight of birds - great for us as birdwatchers. There is a BBQ but it is small and needs a good clean. We found the WiFi good and reliable (password on the modem). There are a quite few chiringuito’s within walking distance, tho some were only just getting ready for opening whilst I was here in late April. There is a local shop 10 mins walkaway, (great bread, pastries and croissants) and a larger supermarket 15-20 min walk. Fresh fruit and veg is limited at these, but there is an organic food shop (Hidden Flavours) 20 min walk away on the other side of the dual carriageway (take the path by the river which goes under it). All in all we had a very enjoyable stay

To be improved

Nothing, apart from lack of morning sunshine, which can’t be changed! A parasol on the terrace would be nice, as when it did get the sun it could get very hot

The whole place was fantastic. Probably a bit to big for just 2 of us. Kitchen really well equipped as we like to cook rather than to eat out. Space was amazing.

To be improved

As the beach is so close it was a shame there were no deckchairs we could take to sunbath on the beach.

Nothing not to like, have advised owners’ representative that use of the microwave caused fuse to trip, so assume that will be dealt with.
