Needs some TLC, which the owner says they are taking care off now that the slow season has arrived.

“A lovely apartment which had everything we needed for our stay”
The best

The apartment had everything we needed and was ideal for us as a family of 4 with 2 adults and two teenage girls. The balcony is a lovely feature and the views over the park, Laguna and towards La Mata are great. The use of the swimming pool was also really good, especially as the weather was so hot! Being in a gated complex is great as it is more private and quieter. There’s plenty of parking and if you need the bus then there’s a stop right outside the front of the complex with a regular service to Torrevieja centre. The apartment owner was amazing throughout our stay and really helped us out when our Easy Jet flight was cancelled last minute as she allowed us to stay on for one more night which we were so grateful for. Claudia, the local housekeeper on site, was also great too and always very helpful and friendly.
