“Great stay in great location!”

The apartment was perfect for our 3 week stay in February. Location is very convenient for Denia centre (restaurants, bars, supermarket etc). The underground garage is very convenient if you have a car. Adéline (the host) was easy to contact and very helpful. It may not be clear from the photos, but there are 2 outside spaces - the balcony with table and chairs, plus a nice roof terrace which is quite sheltered. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The apartment complex is pleasant and well cared for.

The kitchen space is quite small, but for two people it was not a problem.

“Wonderful Hosts - Lovely Stay”

Youseff is an amazing host. Arriving late to a refrigerator stocked with fruit water, milk, wine, coffee, tea with fresh oranges and lemons from his own garden. The apartment is so clean and everything you need at hand. The hosts are the heart of this apartment always available to help. The lighting is soft and warm just perfect for creating a restful spacelace. The roof terrace is amazing. The views from the terrace just perfect. A short 10 min walk to Aldi, pharmacy, an atm, a coffee shop and a lovely restaurant "Mar et Terre" Amazing food. About a 10 min walk to a beautiful beach and 20 mins to the centre of Denia with an athmospheric Marina and lots of open amenities even in the low season.The great thing about the hosts here that they do not mention on this platform is that they offer a private shuttle service from Alicante or Valencia Airports right to the apartment. Pricing is comparable with a taxi and this way you know your fixed price, you get right to your door and all the information you need. If you want shopping done before you arrive you just ask and your refridgerator will be stocked as requested. If you want to stop and shop Youssef will oblige.and not have a meter running! A place I recommend and would return to. Thank you to Youssef and family. I hope you will welcome us back to your beautiful apartment in the future.

Booking.com I wish you would publish what we like first as it far outweighs all else! We liked everything about this apartment and hosts. Just our timing was off as in January the complex felt empty. We were there for business so this was ok. The hosts could not have done more to help us access the services that were open and help us anyway possible.
