Beautiful 2 bed Apt with amazing views - RDR203

Dirty knickers under the bed. Staff came to repair and broken shutter and left dust/debris all over the room

Specifically, the following issues were found, which directly impact the usability and enjoyment of the property: * The terrace door handle is broken and does not close, compromising security. * The blinds are non-functional and cannot be lowered, affecting privacy and light control. * The shower alternates erratically between scalding hot and freezing cold water, making it unusable. * The apartment exhibits significant wear and tear, with loose cabinets, drawers, and failing hinges, indicating a lack of maintenance. These issues render the apartment unacceptable and significantly diminish its value compared to the price paid. Therefore, we request a refund for the booking which they wont refund.. . We expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Was a little tired furniture could do with an upgrade. Lack of basics, like oven trays, oven gloves, spare bedding, spare towels etc

Key pick up is very far from the apartment - really inconvenient if you don't have a car. A lock box on-site or in the complex reception would be so much easier. Only one set of keys was provided despite it being a two bedroom apartment. The location is at the top of a big hill, be prepared for lots of walking/stairs!
