Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse Terrazas Del Duque

Location near shop's & restaurants. The apartment building is spotless & the apartment itself.

The apartment was fabulous in the lovely very private Terrazas Del Duque . We were met by the host Maria, who was very nice and nothing was too much trouble and very quick to respond to any questions . Maria took time to show us around the lovely apartment and advice on the surrounding areas. The 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean for your stay. There is a living room with a very large tv, very well equipped kitchen and utility room , then you go out to a quirky little outside patio and walk along to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the master bedroom is fabulous and then the roof terrace, amazing , you access this via the spiral staircase , the views are even better, but maybe a struggle for some. The roof terrace is very large with lovely sunbeds, chairs , and a table with 6 chairs and a canopy if you needed a shaded area , also a very large extendable parasol. The gate on the terrace takes you straight to the communal pool , which is ideal. The area is excellent so close to all amenities , shops , bars and restaurants and playa del duque beach . Highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we will return .

We recently stayed in this apartment in Tenerife. Initially, it was supposed to be a 12-day vacation but it turned out to be a 30-day vacation and this apartment made a pretty big impact on this decision. Firstly, the location of the apartment is superb. Situated in the heart of Costa Adeje, near main shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment places. Takes 10 minutes by foot and you are already sitting in a restaurant looking at the ocean and enjoying nice food. Also, you get a view of the ocean from the open terrace upstairs and from a nice little terrace on the main floor of the apartment. The location is also perfect if you like to travel around, especially by car, since you can get to the northernmost part of Tenerife in an hour. The apartment itself was beautiful. Light, spacious and neat. It has all the necessities, a nice big terrace with a table, chairs, and sunbeds. The living room could be a little cozier, though it doesn’t really matter that much because the terrace makes up for it. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the city and the ocean. The only bigger minus that comes to mind is the air conditioner. We were sleeping with windows and doors open all the time and even in May it was hot to sleep several nights. I can imagine what happens in July or August. Also, the apartment might look open, but it is a really safe apartment complex. The apartment has a swimming pool that you have to share with other guests. It is heated, very clean and it was a great retreat on hot days. It’s not busy and there were lots of available sunbeds. The private underground garage was an amazing surprise since we did not know it was available, so we always had a parking spot to park the car. In terms of customer service, the supervisor was very sweet and welcomed us with a big smile. She showed us an apartment, and private parking, and made sure we got all the necessary information.
