The location in a remote place and its connectivity by public transport. Landlord is great.

Need a car for daily supplies. Uber service is difficult.

The best

Wonderful house! Three levels, fully equipped, beautiful terrace and an outdoor area full of friendly cats. Everything worked perfectly. Beautiful stylish area. Very friendly and communicative host.

To be improved

The only one negative; very loud neighbours ! Every single night there was loud music, screaming, talking unitl 2am and after that phone buzzing every few minutes all night long! After a few nights we were exhausted and my partner has asked them to keep quite at night, they ended up being quiet maybe for around 15 min and then went back to how they were at the start. We would defineatly come back if it wasn’t for the neighbours, for us peace at night and being able to sleep well is very priceless!

“Our first visit to Spain, we liked the caves at Busot, El Campello and La Vila Joiosa best.”
The best

House very well equipped and clean. Well located for using the tram system - Amerador station was 5 minutes walk from the house - we used this extensively for exploring the area as it was reliable and very cheap with a Bono ticket. We hardly used our car whilst there.

To be improved

In Jan / Feb the sun was too low to reach both the front patio and the roof terrace so despite having 13 days of sunshine it was disappointing for us Winter Sun Seekers not to be able to use the outside space . It also meant that the solar powered anti-cat device on the patio didn't work as no sun got to it. One set of neighbours were noisy.

Collecting our keys was so simple. We arrived on site, made a quick call and Helen was there before us. She was very helpful whilst we were there also.
