Beautiful Apartment Altamar

Lovely apartment. Fantastic views, very comfortable, has everything you need. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, most of which is on a picturesque promenade (recommend the local Chinese!), and in the other direction you can reach nice beaches and several bars/restaurants in 30-35 minutes by foot or by car 5 minutes. The pool area was as it looks on the pictures, gorgeous. We hope to visit again! Diego was a lovely host with great communication, very helpful. We requested a late check out of 5 hours which we were able to do for 40 Euros. Ask Diego about his historical and extra special beach towels :)! Thank's Diego, we'll come back.

This is the perfect location if one wants to relax, enjoy the perfect view, the sun and the water. Diego and his dad are lovely people who manage this apartment, always friendly, communication super easy. Even before our arrival we received sufficient information. As we arrived we were stunned by the view to the ocean! The apartment is well equipped, there are two separate rooms and two bathrooms (even shampoo, lotion etc. provided). The common space (living room, kitchen and dining area) is also great to hang out together as a family. Both balconies have perfect, unobstructed views to the ocean and pool area. The pool temperature was perfect, the pool always clean, the beach only a little walk away. There is a small shop to buy the necessities about 2 min walk away, but also a Spar about 10 min walk away. The next bus stop is only about a 5 min walk, busses (also direct airport busses stop here) can take you everywhere - Maspalomas or even to Las Palmas. Public transport is generally okay on the island, we also rented a car for some days to do more trips in the mountains. The car could be parked for free in front of the main entrance. We had a slight technical issue one day in one of the showers. As we texted Diego he solved the problem right away the next morning!
