we killed 5 big cockroaches ! Also both air conditioners emit a terrible smell when operating.

Excellent 'price vs. quality' apartment in very nice&quiet neighborhood in Playa San Juan. Just perfect if you're looking for place to stay to explore Tenerife island.

To be improved

Sometimes lack of parking spots around - be prepared for 2-3 min. walk.

The best

We were staying here for one week. It is a supermarket near the apartment and not far from a quay for a nice walk. In 15 m by car there is a beautiful beach with free parking. You can also visit Los Gigantes, Los Christianos and Teide, all are not far away from this apartment. I do recommend this place for your trip.

“Very good overall I completely recommend this appartement :)”

The best

Very clean and beautiful appartement. Supermarket and beach situated very close (5mins by walk) . Beautiful view from the balcony where you can see the sea it’s very nice to eat there and admire the view. Very quiet at night. Raùl is a very good host , he made sure we had everything we needed and was always very understanding .

During the summer it’s really hot inside the appartement
