Beautiful apartment in C/Sepulveda

The floors was a little bit dirty

The main downside have been the bathroom and the smaller room. Technically they have windows, but they open on the column where the lift is located (see photos), and a strong smell of sewage comes in when you open them. So, you can't actually open them. The small bedroom also lacks any electrical plug. The furniture of the apartment is very old, the bathtub is even rusted (see photo). The sofas are old and we covered them with blankets, because sitting directly didn't look very hygienic. The TV is not fixed properly and it faces the floor, they should fix it tightening the screws. It is also not a Smart TV, so you only get a bunch of channels in Spanish and Catalan. The walls are very thin, and you can hear any noise made in the apartments next to yours (once I hear someone complaining about the smell of the bathroom, like goat cheese), I had to use earplugs to sleep.

too much light in the master bedroom, doors not locking properly, bathtub and sink were clogged. bathtub curtains were dirty. walls were very thin, so the slightest noise was disturbing our neighbours. We couldn't have all three air conditions on simultaneously.
