The best

Perfect location - nice residential area, 10 min walk to Sagrada Familia, 15 min walk to Casa Batlo and La Pedrera, close to metro station and bus stops, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Wonderful cafe just next door. Spacious, clean apartment with everything you may need for short or long stay. The main bedroom faces quiet inner yard. Fast and clear communication with the host.

To be improved

The window of one of the bedrooms opens towards the elevator shaft, actually not possible to get fresh air.

The 20€ to check in fee, though mentioned in the fine print to alternativel to pick the keys from another location on a 720€ price was putting off. The hostess was low energy. it is an apartment for a family for 2 adults and 2 small kids as the 2 bedroom is small and almost window less. The stairway leading is smelly, grubby.and narrow
