Beautiful apartment with sea view and great pool

Apartment complex beautiful in a lovely residential location which is spotlessly clean with a lovely pool area and for that reason I would book again

The property is very well maintained, well equipped and illuminated

Good sized clean rooms,lots of space, big balcony with wonderful views. Aircon, and ceiling fans, well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Pool is big and clean, 2 minute walk from apartment.

Alvaro was super reactive in case of question or other. Check in and check out is self-check but all information are given by the host prior your arrival. The description on how to find the apartment and the keys were perfect. Information regarding pool/ bins etc are also given and you can contact the host in case of issue he is super reactive. The apartment is really beautiful and there is a lot of space ! The view from the terrace is really beautiful (on one side the sea and on the other the mountains) Well equipped, washing machine, oven, electric cooking etc. Italian coffee maker. No dishwasher but you have everything to wash the dish so it was not a problem at all. There is tree rooms: (a lot of storages) -1st with double bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and bathtub. -2sd with 2 single beds and access to a small closed balcony where the washing machine is. -3rd with 2 bunked bed There is a second bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilette The Wi-Fi is very good and easy to connect, there is a tv with a few channels but you can connect to your Netflix account. One big living room-salon and a quite big kitchen. The terrace is also very spacious with a table and chairs. But be careful with the awning if you go down to far it can be blocked and impossible to roll it up. In October / November the residence was super calm. You can easily park your car next to the residence and the Cala Maçal is just a few minutes by foot. And the Cala Brafi which demands some climbing skills is a real gem and not far either. You'll need a car to travel around the Island and move around but it was what most of the tourist who want to enjoy the Island do so. I recommend that apartment and will booked it again.

If you have a car, it's a nice place to stay for a week. A quiet appartment with a beautiful sea view. If you want to travel around the island, it is a bit far and better to find accommodation near Palma. The host responded quickly to our messages and was helpful and caring. There were changes in our flights and he was concerned about how we were doing. It was not a problem to stay in the apartment until 1 o'clock, the new guests arrived in the afternoon. Thanks!
