Lovely place, nice owner. We had a room with bathroom - which was perfect! AC in the room, apartment with kitchen and balcony - beautiful for breakfast or evening drink.

Quiet, good company, helpful, secure building. Very clean, nice kitchen living-room and balcony shared access.

To be improved

A couple times there was insufficient hot water during morning shower.
