Beautiful Blue Triana Apartment

Noisy neighbourhood, no microwave, sandwich maker not toaster, constantly flooded floor every time you use the shower, very thin towels. Very poor response from the property when needed.

The flat is not well maintained. The Air condition does not work, it only releases cold wind. As it was cold, we complied about it and they fixed it next day. And it was ok for couple of hours, it gone broke again. Also, shower is spraying the water all around and wets the entire toilet. I would recommend the flat for 1 day, not more.

There was nothing I didn't like

We had to call back in order to have a blanket for the third person, also it would be nice to have a pillow for the third person and perhaps when renting with the couch as bed had the proper sheets and protection.

I feel compelled to share my recent disappointing experience with this apartment. My intention is to inform and caution future guests, as I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay: Last-Minute Location Change: Be prepared for unexpected location changes, as it happened to me just 30 minutes before check-in. Persistent Unpleasant Odor: The apartment had a persistent and unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay. Inadequate Ventilation: The lack of proper ventilation, with only one small window, made it difficult to breathe comfortably. Insufficient Bedding: There was a shortage of blankets, leaving one person without adequate warmth. Despite waiting for the owner for 2 hours, the issue remained unresolved. Broken Amenities: The provided hair dryer was broken, impacting the ability to prepare for cold weather. Faulty Bathroom Door: The bathroom door did not close properly, resulting in water leakage and further inconvenience. Poor Hospitality: The owner's response to these issues was inadequate, showcasing a lack of hospitality. I hope this serves as a cautionary message to those considering booking this apartment. I recommend exploring alternative accommodations to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay.
