I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the campervan I rented for two nights. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. : 1.The main door is blocked and does not open properly. It is also not fully closed, causing loud noises while driving. To access the kitchen and bed, we have to climb through the driver’s cabin, which is highly inconvenient. The owner was aware about it but said she didn’t have time to fix it! 2.The shower setup is absurd. There is no hot water, and we were told to use a basket for it. Additionally, the water pump was not charged, making it impossible to take a proper shower. We were forced to bathe using a cup and cold water. 3.The van is in terrible condition and not fit for use. The windows are barely functioning, difficult to open and close, and the blackout system is falling apart. The swivel seat system is nearly impossible to operate, so we couldn’t even eat inside the van. 4. Despite not using the toilet, it smells awful, making the interior uncomfortable. 5. The advertisement stated a 100L water tank, but it was delivered with only 75L and not refilled as promised. 6. The van is extremely old and drives poorly, which is unsafe. It’s a model from the 1990s, and its age significantly affects the driving experience. 7.The owner provided very limited instructions, with no guidance on essential functions like turning on the gas. 8. One of the windows fell during our trip, proving the horrible conditions. this campervan is far from the advertised quality. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and unusable in its current state. For 100€ per night, this is completely unreasonable. We’ve lost valuable holiday time, feeling stressed and disappointed. I can provide photos and videos as proof of the issues mentioned. The owner deny to give our money back!

“Great experience with a feeling of freedom”

The best

We loved the feeling of waking up and going to sleep at a different location everyday. Everything was clean when we arrived and it was excactly as portrayed on the pictures.

To be improved

The bed was relatively small but if you sleep sideways and lay your feet on the seating area even 2m people can sleep in the van.

The best

The campervan gave us the freedom to explore. We were able to visit all the beautiful beaches on the island with ease. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

To be improved

The van was not exactly the same as the one shown in the pictures, but it was similar, just it lacked central locking and a TV.
