Beautiful & fully renovated 2BD apt - in city center - 20 meters from beach

“This apartment is in a decent location close to the beach, shopping and public transit. · Cons: The bedding appeared unwashed with hairs on it. We removed the sheets and notified the owner who sent the cleaning people the next day to wash the sheets again. There was a painter who arrived early int he morning the day after we arrived waking us up and wanted into the apartment to paint the outside from the outdoor patio. We contacted the owner, and they said they would tell him he could not do the work, but he came back again. The beds were so hard by night 3 we had to sleep on the couch. We left 2 days early from a 5 night stay as the 3 nights were uncomfortable and we were not given a refund for the last 2 nights even though we gave advanced noticed on day 2 we would leave early due to the issues we encountered. Poor response and unreasonable considerationfor a refund which was denied for the 2 nnigjts we didnt stay, so we are leaving this very honest review. If we had of received the refund we would have been less critical. I would not recommend this apartment for booking. There are so many other places to chose from including the place we left this apartment for to stay for the remaining 2 nights. A good nights sleep is important and so is a clean bed.”
