The best

The apartment is incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need. We were a group of 6 and it was ideal. The host met us for check-in and everything was smooth and straight forward. The location of the apartment is so central, I would highly recommend a stay here, it is perfect!

Have stayed in this apartment previously and the location for Torrevieja is excellent, close to lots of amenities. Comfortable beds and great facilities.

To be improved

We felt that standards had dropped since our last visit in March 2023. We had hardly any toilet rolls in either of the toilets when we arrived meaning you have to immediately go shopping on arrival, the toaster was broken so despite shopping for breakfasts with toast we were unable to as it tripped the electrics when you attempted to use it. We managed to get into the fuse board to reset the electrics. Reported it during the stay but didn't hear back but then it was over Xmas and not a dire emergency but it means that it's still broken for the next guests as I imagine it might have also been reported before our stay but not replaced/fixed. The toilet seats on both toilets move around. We also found it very noisy this time so maybe there are new neighbours in other flats/apartments that were not there before, again it was over Xmas so maybe this wasn't the norm. Just a few little TLC tweaks would make all the difference, some basic facilities (toilet rolls) being in the apartment when you arrive is almost expected even with self-catering accommodation.
