Avoid at All Costs – Completely Misleading Photos!
From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had been deceived. The images online paint a picture of a luxurious retreat, but in reality, this property is nothing short of a disgrace.
Nestled on a residential street among other villas, we arrived early, only to find that we couldn’t check in or even leave our bags. Fair enough, the check-in was strictly listed as 3 PM, but this was just the beginning of our ordeal. Upon finally gaining access, we were handed a single key—yes, one key—for the front door only. No key for the gate, meaning anyone could waltz right in at any time. Worse still, the back patio doors did not lock, nor were we provided with keys for the back gates. Security? Non-existent.
Cleanliness – Or Rather, the Lack of It
Filthy is an understatement. The floors were so disgustingly grimy that walking barefoot was simply out of the question. If you dared to wear white socks, they wouldn’t stay white for long—let’s just say they’d be a completely different shade by the end of the evening. Ants were everywhere, particularly swarming in the kitchen, and to our absolute horror, we discovered mouldy bedding stuffed into a cupboard. The bedsheets were visibly dirty, so we stripped them immediately, only to uncover something even worse—stained mattresses, bedbugs, and a pillow with dried blood on it, barely concealed by a pillowcase. The bathrooms? Caked in mould. It was appalling.
Facilities – A Complete Shambles
Broken doors with gaping holes, shower water that ran tepid at best, walls and doors riddled with damage, and door handles falling off at the slightest touch. As a group of friends, we endured it, but had this been a family holiday, paying a staggering £2,500 for a week, the disappointment would have been beyond words.
Final Verdict
This property is a complete scam. The photos are outright misleading, the conditions are beyond unacceptable, and the price is nothing short of daylight robbery. If
